This may be an isolated one time incident as we have discovered a bunch of variations in the frames from the different years, build dates, replacement frames, etc. It's pretty wild how much toyota varied them. Where that one cut out is for the rivet some frames don't even have that rivet.

Whoever said that’s an easy ten minute mod can suck it! My driver side bolt wouldn’t go back in for shit had to break out the equalizer “3’ pry bar” and twist the core around till the bolt dropped in hope this fixes my pop.

Okay fellas need some help here I think I identified my problem but not sure, my thoughts are since this lower shock mount isn’t moving it’s froze up in turn making that lower shock bolt worn away so I’m thinking replace that and the bolt? No play but it will not move at all uniball seems tight no play.
Nevermind lower mount moves is tight but uca front bushing has some movement think that’s it.

Did some truck stuff today, replaced bushings on my built right uca the old bushings were red but now black. Tightened everything up hopefully eliminate some popping/tire wear.
