Hi all, I'm new here. I have a 13 Tacoma Limited SBDC. Want to put a 2" lift on it. I only do trails. Never anything really high up. I have 18" rims. Any suggestions on what would be a good tire size to go with that would give me a wide stance?

And one more question about my hobby.
I decided to buy a second hand skateboard as in my country we have outrageus part prices. I found a board for 40 bucks which has.

Tensor regular alum trucks(which is 60 bucks here) I read it review on this website.

The roof deck(I havent heard of this one but doesn't seem to be damaged, only chipped paint.).

    Reds bearings.

    Darkstar wheels.

I don't see rust but the bearing caps are dirty and trucks have chipped paint. He said he grinded rails a lot and that the board has been sitting for 2 years. Should I buy this? Im afraid that some parts will be unusable especially the truck.

Wider stance would best be accomplished with wheel offset, you already have wheels so spacers I guess

I ran BFG's KO 2's for many years and loved them. IMO (maybe not others) they are a good all around street/light off road tire. The tread design has a slightly squared off shoulder (where the tread meets the sidewall), so they have a slightly wider look to them then most other tread designs.

Tire size wouldn’t have much to do with how wide your stance is.

What you wanna steer your attention towards is the wheel specs..
    Smaller offset = wider stance
(-20 offset gives you a wider stance than 0 offset)
Remember that going wider stance might cause rubbing/more rubbing
And always test fit new wheels for clearance.

Another option for wider stance is adding wheel spacers. Keep in mind these will jeopardize your wheel bearings.

    Hope this helps!
