Just testing the waters here as I'm looking to get out of having a truck.

It's pretty much been a one owner truck since new. I'm the 2nd owner and only had it a year, but have done the following to it since I've owned it:
Tranny fluid, all diff's, plugs, serp belt & all pulleys except the tensioner, added ilx-650 Alpine Radio with apple carplay/android auto and all new speakers (Rockford Fosgate), added the backup camera to radio but kept mirror, Husky All weather mats all around, Window visors, Right now plastidipped rear bumper, front chrome grill, emblems and rims. All can be removed without issue if desired. Has very little rust, just your characteristic surface rust around the welds. Roll-up tonneau cover with Pop-n-loc rear gate remote keyless entry and matching key for gate to OEM. EPA Blower filter mod and still have original parts. It was replaced around 78K. Everything else is stock. No issues. Everyone works great.

How’s the frame ?

 

Good shape. Just the typical surface rust around the welds. Nothing major. It just had the snot recall/TSB done to the frame as well.I usually spray those areas with Rustoleum in summer to at least keep them covered for Winter. So they are pretty shiny right now.
