instaling rear speakers

my 2020 tacoma did not come with rear speakers. I want to install some but after removing rear door panel found no speaker wire there and cant find any. I know there has to be somewhere a pair of wires on each side. looked in kick panel area ,nothing stands out. any ideas to help

I believe your in the same boat as the rest of us with A/C’s. The speaker openings are there but no grill panel or wiring. Time to get creative. I’ve gathered all the parts I need but it’s a Winter project for me.

 

thanks. I need to know where to find the rear speaker wires so i can run wire to the back and the colors of those wires

 

I dont want to tear the dash apart to access the back of radio. I have 2 speaker boxes to put in back no big deal. lol old school
