First threat that I’m starting here! I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with running a hybrid bumper during the winter time in Ontario, specifically the Ottawa Valley (soooo much salt).

I’m curious if the amount exposure of suspension/electrical wiring components would take a beating during our winters?

I’d love to get a hybrid bumper https://greenlaneoffroad.com/16-tacoma/tacoma-modular-front-bumper but I have a feeling that I may be sacrificing some long term reliability.

    i appreciate any input!

looks like a sweet product. I would really like to avoid buying from the US.

more so I want to hear a Canadian that deals with salty roads how their truck has been holding up with a hybrid bumper. I was looking at buying aluminum to avoid corrosion of the actual bumper.

Suspension I can't see much difference, but if you're curious give Krave out of Calgary a call and ask about it. They have lots of experience running that and similar bumpers on some of their builds and should be able to fill you in on how much things are exposed.

Thanks for the tip. I’ll look them up.

I am little surprised that not more people have replied to this. I would have figured that more people would have experience with this.
