    The Little Salmon flows into Riggins from the south and joins the main salmon right there in town. The main Salmon flows directly into Riggins from the east where it turns ~north and follows along highway 95. It is beautiful on the section of highway, through the Salmon river canyons all the way to Graingeville. One of my favorites.

    Well the start of road trip is starting interesting. First night is in the Black Hills. O and 4-10 inches of snow is expected tonight. Glad we brought the trailer that has the heater!

    Salmon canyons have been the best so far. We are headed for elk city tomorrow. Thought about graingeville but Riggins filled the bill for us for a place to stay. Hoping to make cour de lane or even the Canada border before turning back for wyo

    I'm not going to say bike riding isn't fun because it is, but it's not "my thing" if that makes sense. For me it's a means to an end of exploring and seeing new things. Enjoying good company and adventure if you will.

    Trying to remember who you know. I don't think you have met them. Squeaky met one this summer when he stopped by, but basically the same guys as the 24hrs of lemons crew. There are 4 of us total.

    It's a really efficient way to see a lot of ground in a short time. You can't drive and stare at things like you can in a truck though. It's a constant state of a certain level of concentration which is hard to explain but still enjoyable.
