Roussel Toyota, NB - Bad Dealership Experience

Thanks Squad, I will see if I can make that NB meet. I need some winter rubber soon so I can make those trips. I will also let everyone know what Roussel did to make things right.
Speaking of ghan, the vehicle I had over there was a toyota also, I think it was a 4Runner with the steering wheel on the wrong side. I pretty much drove the daylights out of it but it never let me down.

 

Mr Roussel contacted me today with what I feel is an acceptable resolution to this matter. I am going to receive a credit for some items from his parts department. (I could use some winter rims) I feel this is more than fair and feel that this whole issue is behind me. Many thanks.
