While trying to replace motor mounts on my 01 Tacoma I discovered that the ears on the perches were sheared off, I have new top plates from Bonzen motor mounts being shipped to me right now. What I need done is to have the top plates installed to the motor/mounts and drop into place on the perches than weld around new plates. Anyone who has experience with this or knows of a better solution please tell. Also I have some various items I could throw on top to sweeten the deal if this kind of project would be of any interest to someone...
    Thanks!
