Rear bumper brackets for 3” LED light

Does anyone make a rear bumper bracket for a 3” LED light such as the BD S2 Sport to mount in location in the pic? Google hasn’t turned up anything promising. I did see the ZROADZ bracket for 6” lights, but not sure that would work. Plus, the price is unreasonable in my opinion.
