    Hey All!

Bought my 2000 Xtra cab 3.4l 4x4 5 spd back in Nov in Spokane, Wa. Pretty clean and straight, virtually no rust! So far I've done mostly overdue maintenance on the front end with somewhat inexpensive parts but have many plans for modifying the truck...at a pace where my wife won't loose her sh**. Done some other stuff as well but mainly wanted to introduce myself and say how helpful you guys have been already and that I should've joined sooner!

Hey thanks everybody. Well I dodge a lot of deer on my way to work so an ARB winch bumper is top of the list. Not going to get the winch right off the bat so I'm assuming I don't absolutely need to do anything to the front end really before getting the bumper. Went with some trq coilovers right after I bought the truck and had to put some spacers on them to level the truck out. Airbags were on the rear when I bought it which was cool. Running 265/75r16s and they rub a little at full lock...wishing I had sprung for the bilstein 5100's as the ride is pretty rough. I think I wanna stay with 265's so I'm searching around to see exactly what I wanna do suspension wise. I've already read different threads on here pertaining to the topic

And from there it's just gonna be a steady rate of grabbin ideas off of TW and YouTube of what I wanna do next. It's a black pickup and I hate chrome so I'll be blacking everything out pretty much. Was thinking a toolbox after bumper but starting to like the idea of a soft topper canopy. Timing belt, water pump, n clutch all got replaced right before I bought it so hoping not too much more spendy maintenance for awhile and just be able to focus on making it more badass, cuz that's def what matters..

Welcome! Before you put your winch in the ARB, beef up the frame end caps or you’ll destroy the end caps, bend the mounting brackets and the bumper will wobble and rattle.
