That base torque curve does not look like a base 2gr torque curve... a base 2gr also only revs to 6,000 rpm....

My buddy has his installed but hasn't gotten much seat time yet due to prior vacation commitments on his motorcycle, but he's said the truck is incredible with the supercharger. :notsure:

Maybe it drives really well but under-delivers in terms of actual power numbers and so people are reluctant to post stuff about it :notsure:

Yeah it would be nice to know some actual details beyond one instagram post.. Plus I would speculate that Magnuson doesn't actually want the numbers posted yet for whatever reason. There's videos of a few other trucks (tacomabeast, yotamafia, and SDHQ) on dynos but no results posted yet.

While I agree the truck really needs the help below 3K RPM chassis dyno runs almost always start around 3K.

So we all just need to buy it and try it for butt dyno feel.

We should all chip in and buy one unit then each get it for 30-days to install and play with. Then you can buy your own if you want when you pass it on.

No, you buy one because you want it. I'm not arguing that we shouldn't have data from idle to redline just simply that's how most dyno runs are done.

I get everyone jumping on the hate bandwagon but at the end of the day the TVS is an excellent supercharger and will not be the limiter. If it doesn't make a solid power bump its either the tune is conservative or low boost likely from fueling issues. Or maybe a combination of both.

they havent shown you anything... have there been many other tacoma magnusun customers who have been disappointed in the past? Seems like their reputation is very good. The engine packaging is nice and tidy and doesnt look too complicated to install.

one of the best parts is you dont have a 25 kit production limit that sells out in 10 minutes like other options.

I mean technically they do...that's exactly what you're seeing now and why u can't buy a kit right this second. Its just not transparent like "the other guys"

you cant buy either kit right now both are very new to the market (well one is very new). One kit was preorder in dec/jan expected delivery is nov? and has only been delivered to one person? the other is preorder Sept and a few select people have it installed with a non disclosure expected delivery is Nov/dec Is that not accurate?

It's the same man. One had people pay for their initial sets of kits, and the other gave them to "influencers". Both did the same thing. Released a small number of kits to get feedback etc. That's all I'm saying

My key take-away from this video review is that the Magnuson “probably.... uses more gas, definitely.”

Magnuson supposedly has a few kits shipping to the public by end of September. Not sure how many though

No that is not accurate we begun the option for people to reserve manifolds for their kits in late April. You're trying to make it look like people have been waiting nearly a year.

I stand corrected i thought preorders for your kit started earlier in the year. But my point is (with no disrespect to you since im a customer) Your kits will be low production compared to magnuson and their ability to churn them out (less parts etc)
