I am looking at these bulbs for the rear turn signal lights and the brake lights. Headlightrevolution shows that you can use these for the front but they are showing a different bulb with a resistor for the back. Pardon my ignorance but I thought if it was a canbus bulb you would not need a resistor???

Just an update from Headlightrevolution. They told me that they tested these in the rear and would not work with or without a resistor. Toyota wiring I guess but they are a no go for brake or turn signal bulbs in the rear.
