ARB Air Locker

    Km3’s 31’s,Lift,Sliders,rear ARB air locker,on board air, armor, hi shell
    So I have a 97 tacoma 4x4 auto 2.7 single cab auto, is this the right locker? Sorry idk if I have an 8 or 8.4, thank you

    In 2nd gens the 8" has the factory locker and 8.4" is open. Unfortunately I'm not sure if that's the same for 1st gens.

    The 8.4 is the diff that didn't come with a factory E-locker. The 8" is the one WITH a factory E-locker.

    They are actually the same pinion size (i.e. there is a misconception that the 8.4" is "stronger), they are just called different sizes to show they aren't interchangeable.
