I been trying to track down a noise coming from my rear seat area, it sounds like its coming from underneath the truck. When i am riding alone and hit a sharp small bump on the street i will get a knock sound from the driver side back seat area.

Now when a friend sat in the rear passenger side and another friend up front i can hear 2 sounds now. My suspension has 8k miles, and i have the TRD PRO shocks all around. I carry no load in the bed, and it feels like i am hitting the bump stop? anyone else having this issue? Truck hasnt seen any offroading yet, or crazy bed weight.

He means crawl underneath and check bolts and hardware. Some 3rd gens were shipped with loose U bolts on the rear axel. Also, if u hit quote it'll reply directly to the person you're speaking with

Not to mention the suspension has now had time to settle since upgrading the shocks. Perhaps check this again.

Stock, but not stock (but stock)
I sometimes hear a bump /grind nose when I bounce over a driveway too fast at an angle, which I think is my anti-lock breaking or some kind of traction control kicking in.

Hmmm, so i purchase the rear shocks used, before installing them they seemed perfect. Could these be causing the knock also? Before the upgrade i didnt drive my truck much so didnt notice it

Are you sure it isn't something simple like something stored in the truck knocking around? I've fallen victim to that
