Hadn't thought about a tailgate switch.
Something for me to think about once I install mine.
Yeah, lights are in the pile! o_O

Box lights, they fit exactly in the indents right and left of box. They aren't waterproof so unless you have a cap or tonneau cover it may not last. They use 3 AAA batteries, the double sided tape is not strong enough, i added some extra Gorilla double sided tape.

Mine is still tolerating my foolishness. Once I retire and we're on a fixed income I'm sure that will come to a screaching halt. :notsure:
Then again what she doesn't know won't hurt me!

    Thanks again!

Looked into it and since I'm in Canada with shipping it comes to $35 CAD... $11.41 USD seems like an awful lot to ship a $15 piece of paper... I'm giving this one more thought. I love the look on your truck and since I have the grille badge and the red shackles I thought that would look good but....

We just traded my wife's 2015 Highlander in and it was only at 29k. The '05 Pilot I was driving before the Tacoma just rolled over 102k not too long ago. We don't drive a whole lot.

@ TacoSaus Had both bed side decals removed and cleaned off in an hour using a heat gun and plastic razor blade for removal, and a microfiber cloth dampened with Xylene to remove the residue. Easy Peazy

I forgot to look at the numbers and no rubbing on mine. I did have a shimmy around 40-45 mph on my stock UCA's but that's completely gone now.

My setup is all Dobinsons. Minus the UCA's. Got too good of a deal on them on OfferUp, ha.

That’s about our speed too. The wife’s 2019 Pilot has 7100k and my 2019 Tacoma has 8500k. But we have 4 vehicles at home now and everyone use “their” vehicle. I just have to pay for it, insure it, clean it, and maintain it. Yeah me. I think I’ll go wash the Tacoma.

Our 04 Pilot has 93k miles and it runs like tops!, bought new and used only synthetic engine oil and premium fuel, mostly ethanol free. I hope our Tacoma will treat us the same way because we will be treating Taco the same way.

I started my bed rack build.
    1x3 steel frame...so far.

Need to go back to the steel warehouse for more goods.
Adding 2 1x3 horizontal to each side and top, then adding some things like tie points and LED light mounts

Need to fab some bed stiffies as well

Technically not something I did but I discovered that my "new" 2019 DCLB OR has remote start. Had no idea and it was not listed on the dealer sheet...of course the sheet also said there was a moonroof.....which it does not have.

I put those same tires on my truck. So far 4 months in I think they are fantastic for the price. Mud, Rocks, Roots no problem. Their not to loud on the highway as well.

Spaced out, bunched together looks dorky. Depending on what state you live it, you may only be allowed 4 forward facing white lights. That's the way it is in MN, but you can have any # of forward facing amber lights.
