This is what my 2020 has. No cut out for the compartment.

 

Another vote for garage door opener. Also a spare dog shit bag. Can't have enough of those within reach.

 

I forget who but the switch was relocated to the empty switch hole and a hole was cut to fit the cubby. I think 2 screws is all that holds the cubby. Maybe 5

 

I think the Traction control switch probably could move down. I just don't know the measurements of the cubby and if it will mount up in my truck
I want to mount this in there.

If it's too much trouble I might have to get a Redarc an let the Tekonsha go

I decided to give up on adding the cubby to the 2020 just to get a brake controller out of the way.
Instead I ordered the new RedArc tow pro Liberty. I think it will be a much better cleaner install.
Guess I will try to see if I can sell the Tekonsha PrimusIQ with my Jeep it was set up for or try to sell it on its own.

 

Yeah, the MTs still have the sunglasses holder. The ATs with Crawl Control don't.

 

I don’t have the little cubby. Mine looks like this minus the “Toyota security” thing

 

I keep my Motorola T100TP Talkabout trail radio in the storage bin. With the clip, its height is exactly the same as the bin opening. Fits in just snug enough that it doesn’t move.

 

I keep my 2nd ignition key in it and have the other on my key ring to unlock the door.
