Front Bearings @ 100k for me.
Still running stock springs and shocks.
Actually I had new rear leaf springs put in by Toyota under the TSB.
That was almost 6 years ago.

Ok I’m starting to wonder if my bearings are bad lol but what would the symptoms be?

I'm at 207,000 miles. The only parts that didn't come from the factory are the alternator, shocks, oil, plugs, brake pads, tires, one U-Joint, headlight bulbs, and serpentine belt. Well, rear springs. There wasn't anything wrong with them but as long as Toyota was doing it on their dime I let them.

I know U joints is a super common thing to replace, when did you replace yours or when did you need to?

I bought my '06 4x4 with 120K on it and I felt it needed a front end rebuild then. I did shocks right away, 5100's and that solved the bounce. I just completed a total rebuild @ 145K, all bushings, BJ's, inner & outer tie rods, drop links, everything rubber or wear. Front bearings were fine. It seemed that the most worn parts were the inner tie rods. It now drives like new, best money spent.

Sweet, I plan on adding 6112s to the front within the next year so I’ll consider replacing tie rods too

When they first begin to go bad, you will start to hear a metal to metal grinding noise when you turn left or right. At least that's what mine did.

Just did driver front wheel bearing at 66k, you will hear the hum and you can rock your wheel grabbing top and bottom.
