What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Picked up and installed a 2nd hand Pelfreybilt (don't hate) Aluminum front bumper and wondering if anyone is running a light bar other than the 30inch BD S8 that it was designed for?

 

@Zingbot - I had tried a few locations w velcro and even considered drilling but ultimately none looked quite right...I ended up caving and getting the blend mount which is pricey but really good quality. I read lots of success using the 2 tape measure clips but didn’t want to drill into the scanguage...very happy w the way the wire routed (tied down in a pillar and under dash —30min install https://www.google.com/amp/s/blendm...monitor-mount-kit-for-scangaugeii-scangauged/

How do you like that head unit so far?

 

I love the head unit. Has all the features I could ever need and brought the audio to a new level. And it looks OEM after you get it mounted flush.

 

Awesome. Thank you for the tip. I'm getting black rim covers that utilize the existing center caps and then spraying the center caps black to match. The red logo will complete the look. So cool that the logo just pops out. Well done Toyota. Thanks again @ChainsawCharlie!

It performs great so far. The install was simple and straightforward. URD did the calibrations and will be doing a dyno soon, I will post the before and after numbers. The blow-off valve makes a crisp note when letting off the throttle after spooling it up. The power gain is definitely noticable and, although not really important, I did notice a MPG increase.

Seeing these cracks me up. My 19 came with the black one. What was Toyota thinking? No consistency.
