    Jeeze, school here is short on chrome books so we deferred on getting one so others could have them. Now they are going back to school on Monday and need a device. Well we decided we weren’t sending him with his iPad to school so I’ll just go grab a chrome book for him. See them online for $169. Get there and of course they have only 1 chrome book in stock and it just came off the truck. $379 for a top tier chrome book that will have absolutely no use to anyone here other than his school work. I can’t even fathom how one of these things even cost this much. I mean it’s basically a android tablet with a keyboard to look like a laptop. FFS


    Apparently I also bought the only one in the whole tri-city area. Guess everyone else had the same idea as me with their kid going back to in person school. inhad to go grab something else before I paid for it. Lady said she had to hide it behind the counter because someone else wanted it. :goingcrazy:
