I agree, I’m on my second set of Ko2’s on my Silverado. Last June with less than 500 miles on them I got caught in off and on heavy rain and wet roads for 100 miles on Hwy 395 north of Bishop. They handled the wet roads very well. Granted my Silverado is a lot heavier than my Taco and I was towing but I was pretty happy with how they performed. If I needed to put tires for my Taco I wouldn’t hesitate to put them on it.

    YMMV

Well we do barley see any wet weather here hardly ever actually. The entire state is burning to the ground right now because of that so maybe I don’t have enough to judge the wet weather traction. But the few times we have had rain, I’ve had no issues but they are also relatively new as well.

I just put 4 duratracs on a week ago and got massive amounts of rain this week. No problem with wet conditions from what I've experienced. Haven't taken them off roading yet, but the reviews are stellar.

Great tires for 80% highway. Good in the rain. Quiet and wear well. Costco is always having specials on them. First thing I did to my new Tacoma is take off the Dunflops and put on the LTX. 45K and still decent tread. I had a set that went 90K miles and still had enough tread to pass PA state inspection.

Assuming you want 17" and +3.3 over stock, my choices are similar. I choose the first KO2 in C load next would be the Toyo SL then Falken SL
