Shipping... We certainly did not ship them like that. Email me if you want us to file a claim or smack them flat with a hammer.

Yea i probably will its just gonna be difficult with part of the bend being between the square tube and the mounting plate. I dont want dirt and other debris that I can wash out gathering in there and eating away at the powder coat on the frame. I wish mobtown would see that multiple people are having this problem and maybe do a little better on their packing. Like not just a little square of foam on both ends of the box. What do u do. Customer service really sucks in the armor industry im noticing.

I mean, no amount of packaging in the world would have stopped that from happening... That was either dropped from a significant height onto a edge that didn’t move, or something heavy when an edge dropped onto it or it was hit with a forklift which happens ALL THE TIME. Trust me, it’s as frustrating for us as it is for you. We’ve gone overboard on packing in the past and stuff still got destroyed. It made no difference in getting the product to the customer in a safe manner.

Uhhhh, it sounds like he just gave you a pretty quick response with reasonable and fair options for solution. So I'm not sure what was sucky about the customer service here? Can't blame Mobtown cause the freight blew it. You can only pack giant heavy pieces of steal so well, unless you wanna pay extra for shipping and have them completely boxed in wood or something? Typically its going to take a fair bit of force to bend steel like that as mentioned above.

Check out my build thread (Beginning of Money Pit)
My sliders came from CBI with no box, ratched strapped to a pallet. You got a box. and you have Mobtown here trying to help you. Be thankful for what you are getting.

It’s a fact that courier services beat up on people’s shit!! I’ve been in the shipping and receiving industry for over a decade now and straight up freight services and courier services do not give a fuck. I e seen em toss boxes out of the truck smash the ground then throw them back in! No amount of packing, unless you crate it (then things cost more!!) is going to stop that. Sure you could charge $700 for packing and shipping but then the complaint department will be full of that crap! Sometimes ya just can’t win....

Now that we have all that resolved lets leave @Mobtown Offroad alone so they can finish the rest of ours with the same high quality fabrication they are known for. You want it done fast and shitty, I don't. Give them time to continue creating their masterpieces! #14481 here patiently waiting and in no hurry, just want a solid build with solid welds!

@Mobtown Offroad I see that powder coating is available so does that mean it is now packaged in such a way that prevents the powder coating from getting damaged in transit?

I got mine a couple years ago with powder coat. Came wrapped in foam/plastic wrap strapped to a couple pallets. No damage here.

I’m not going to promise that they’ll arrive perfect because carriers just don’t care. We do as much as we can to prevent damage. They’re wrapped in foam, shrink wrap, expanding foam on ends and inside two double walled heavy duty boxes...

Those go to the rear. They replace the beam clamps. Please view the instructions from the website.
