avs rain guards,,,tyger auto tubesteps... stealth SR8's.265/70/17,ridge grapplers..shiftsense pro...
my 2 cents.., i just went from 265/70/17 ridge grapplers. load E... 10 ply... to a 265/70/17.. general grabber atx. standard load.. 10 lbs lighter per tire,,, no power gain that i can see or feel..,, its been 3 weeks with the grabber's... and no better MPG,, maybe less,, i thought i would get a increase in MPG. the ride is alittle better , not much ,,, maybe its just the tire i switched too. more resistance,,. if a 4 ply or 6 ply, tire gives no better MPG,, i would feel safer with the E-load tire..

not sarcastic at all. in the buggy world, and alot of pure offroad tires from what ive seen, we have a ton of options from 2 ply all the way to 10 ply and everything in between. i had 2 sets of tires, same brand and size, one was 8 ply and one was 10 ply. racing in sand we run 2 ply, and when we go to JV or do some rocky high speed trails we run 10 ply. tires i run for "normal" stuff are 8ply. my buddy runs 6ply. lots of options.

oh, well, there are a lot of tire depth options for vehicles also. 4ply, 6, 8, 10, and possibly higher
