    Good afternoon all,

I have a Max Axe multipurpose forestry/off road recovery tool. Brand new they run $300-400. Mine has seen a little use and the axe could stand to be sharpened, otherwise it's in good condition, has all the parts except the leather axe sheath. I know it looks like the head is coming off, but I took the photo from above to show that's how it came from the factory; no issues with use. I'm looking for $125 or best offer, but I'm open to trade ideas like rotopax parts or other gear.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
    This thing is killer!

Thanks! She's served me well and was great in the trunk of my Corolla, but now I want to get an exterior-mounted pioneer kit or similar, because I don't have a convenient way to stow this guy in my truck

I still have the bottle jack and that sits under there. And I still have those godawful plastic organizers behind the seats so it won't fit in them. I was looking at one of those molle behind the seat racks, but their last buy is due tomorrow and that won't work on this paycheck

Hey John, if someone is interested and not local, I can help set up the TW Express machine and get this to members that way instead of shipping.

Ok, I hate to :threadjacked: but since you asked. Tacomaworld Express for the Northeast was started in 2016. It was most likely not the first region to do it but we are very very active. I've had things I sold go as far south as Florida, and as far north as Massachusetts. I'm an active participant and have transported things at least a half a dozen times. There are no obligations, and generally speaking, no one asks for any money to do it. Occasionally that occurs but it's very rare. Normally the person shipping or receiving the goods makes the offer and the drivers involved refuse. I've never accepted anything, and wont. Simply because I have been helped in the past without cost. It also turns out to be a great way to meet other members. The members that participate create their own areas they service. Some guys travel for work, and those routes become the areas they service.

My coverage areas are generally the entire 695 corridor, York Pa, Lancaster Pa, Kennett Square, Christiana Mall, Glen Burnie, and all point between. I can also store things here at the house, in the garage or outside depending on what it is. If it's a crazy big load I have a tandem axle trailer. I once brought a huge ass DeWalt work like (looked like WMD) from Baltimore City to my house. It sat in my garage nearly a month, then I ran it up north, then the delivery logistics changed and I wound up with again and then took it back north to a different guy. It took about 3 months but it ultimately got to the recipient all the way up in Ma, or Mass. I forget. Shipping was completely out of the question. It was heavy and large as hell. Driving down would have been ridiculous. Patience is key! I bought 4 steel wheels from a FB seller in Pittsburgh. A member picked them up, and they made their way to Philly. By the time they got there which is another story altogether, I had them traded for the awning I have now. I still think I got the better end of that deal. I was buying the wheels to use as a winter/off road set and Debbie, my wife joked that at my rate they will have more miles on them traveling to me than I will ever put on them going off road. She thinks she's funny. Not! lol

So yea, it's a great service. I like it a lot. We have decals. I am going to ask permission from the mods to create a patch too. I collect patches. A lot of members do.

It's fun. At first I thought "oh crap, what have I gotten myself into" But last year 5 of us convoyed up to Philly to the Annual Cheesesteak Meat Meet. It was a bunch of TW Expressing going on but the best was meeting all the peeps I normally only get to chat with on here. We had a great time. Got some cheesesteaks, had my first Four Loco, and then drove home. It was cool. We took Rte 1 up. There was a huge accident that shut down 95 just before the Susquehanna. So we back tracked and went up 1 through the country. Made one pit stop.

I agree JB  I've met some really cool people. I like my meeting place up at the Christiana Mall because we meet at Cabela's. I could spend hours in there, plus they don't care if you come in and use their bathroom. The last time I met someone there was a couple months ago in the height of the pandemic. The mall and all the stores were closed. It was freaky for a place that is usually packed on a Saturday to be empty like that.

I primarily limit my runs to weekends. I'll drive close to home after work during the week though to accommodate someone if need be.
