Took me a few years of having the BGE before trying it, and was kicking myself after the first time for waiting so long.

Sausage, mushrooms, red peppers and artichoke hearts. When I pre-baked the crust it stuck to the pan and caused that hole. :annoyed:
Another trick I used was for the mushrooms. I put them in a bowl with 1 Tsp of water and nuked them for a minute. It breaks the cell structures down so that they don’t absorb so much moisture, then added them to the sauteing sausage already in progress.
    Killer crispy crust!!!

We skipped pizza night last week so I was craving a big pie all loaded up. I sauteed the onions and bell peppers while I cooked the sausage. Toppings included salami, pepperoni, sausage, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and olives. The pictures aren't great but it was yummy yum!

onions, parm, ground beef, artichoke hearts, red peppers, black olives and mozz. 350* for 25 min.
They were awesome! I was afraid they would get soggy but didn’t, the bottom crisped up so you could pick them up to eat.

This is what we call in New brusnwick a garlic finger, basically its garlic butter on pizza dough with bacon and cheese, and we also dip it in a donair sauce (best sauce ever made of sweeten condense milk, vinegar and garlic powder

Looks good, gonna try this one for sure.

Side note, your wife's cutting makes me cringe lol. Show her how to roll her distals under and run the knife parallel to her middle phalanx. She'll keep her finger tips attached longer :D

Yeah she doesnt get in the kitchen often and I'm pretty good with super glue as long as I can get to it before I pass out haha. I wanted so bad to just grab the knife and do it but she would have been like "fine you just do it"

I cringed every time she cut, SOOO close to taking off skin or a nail. My wife is pretty good about it most of the time.

Friday pie day! Didn't have mozzarella so I used a mexican blend. Didn't have pepperoni so I used salami. Plus onions and fish.
