I'm in the process of replacing my suspension, and adding an offroad bumper while I'm at it. My question is about which clip setting to have it set to when I order. I talked to Marie at Headstrong yesterday and she steered me towards the Eibach Pro kit. I've got Alcans on the way, built for 2" over stock. I've also got a 120lb bumper shipping soon. I'm debating between 1st and 2nd clip. According to Eibach, 1st clip will be approx 2.5" over stock, 2nd will be 3.2" over stock. I'm just not sure how much bumper sag to anticipate with Eibach coils and 120lb bumper. I'm hoping to get it as close to level as possible. I definitely don't want the front sitting higher than the rear, so I'm trying to order it setup so that I don't have to remove them and change clip setting.

I realize lifts often work out differently based on an array of factors, just curious to see what people think based on any relevant experience they may have. Thanks in advance!

I just installed the Eibach stage 1 kit with Icon 3 leaf AAL and JBAs uca with overload left in I got 2” in the front and 2” in the rear nice and level on my 3rd gen. When I ordered mine my understanding was first notch was 2” and 2nd notch 2 1/2” And that was for add front bumper Weight. I’m not sure if there’s a difference between 2nd and 3rd gen kits

I have an sso slimline and winch. With the eibachs on first clip (third gen). The added weight meant I netted 1.5 instead of two inches. Probably a little over a hundred pounds for winch and bumper
