I know this is a long shot but I'm just reaching out for everyone's thoughts. Here's as much info as I can provide to help and some pictures of my truck over the years.

I have a terrible front-end high-pitched chirp/squeak when I hit a pothole or rough road. When I'm going 70 on the freeway its almost constant chirping with the front suspension unless the road is perfectly smooth. My thoughts are LCA bushings, LCA ball joints, body mounts possibly, maybe steering rack bushings? I don't suspect its anything with my rear suspension. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have a 2007 DCLB with 175k miles. Suspension is Icon 2.5 Ext travel Coilovers 700lb springs with Icon UCAs. Recently rebuilt COs with new top hats, spherical bearings, seals and oil. Also replaced my UCA uniballs with Delta Joints and new through bolt bushings. Everything has been greased properly. CV axles are recently replaced with extended CVJ boots. No Sway bar. Rear suspension is OME leaf pack with AAL and Icon 2.0 smooth body aluminum shocks (not rebuilt).

    Thanks everyone!

Heat shields sound logical to me.

    1) Get under the truck with a hammer and a long socket extension. Start banging on stuff and see what makes noise.

    2) jack the truck by the LCA knuckles and use a pry bar on all the moving joints (don’t forget jack stands). See if anything has play or makes noises.

    3) If nothing stands out, drive it another 500 miles and try again. Eventually the issue will make itself abundantly apparent.
