Approximately 20 pieces, all cut to size and ready to weld up, for the weld it yourself kit. Also includes instructions on the order of welding/assembly.

Rack go here roughly 2 weeks ago, communication was fantastic and Dan was QUICK to jump on the phone with the shipper (delivered across the street ) to help get my issue sorted.

Rack will be dropped off at the fabricator this coming week, excited to get it built and throw this ARB on top!

I've never had it tested and of course can't warranty anything. But I'd say "more than you are likely to ever put on it" I guess. I mean, an RTT with 4 people in it is no problem at all. What specifically did you have in mind?

I was lucky enough to find one of these racks locally from another member. As that member told me prior to picking it up, and as he stated in this thread.. it’s a super solid and strong rack, and it is really light for what it is, I’m very excited to have one for my rig

    Really nice work @turbodb!!!

Just about nailed it on the head! Was curious if it will withstand a 4yr old on a sugar rush jumping in the RTT. Haha See some of the universals that look like they flex pretty heavy - could imagine all the stress is being literally transferred into the bed instead of vertically at that point.

Got mine in Friday, dropped it off with my buddy that welds yesterday. I can’t wait to get it on my truck n use it during the upcoming hunting season. If your looking into a bed rack get with Dan. He was super easy to communicate with and got it out to me very fast.

I think I’ll be holding onto it for a while! I would encourage you to get one for sure. I love it! I got the diy kit and was lucky enough to have another member who is local to us weld it up for me! Super low cost compared to other bed racks, and looks good. Hit me up with any questions

Nope, sorry. No 2nd gen around to build off of, and there are a lot more options out there for 2nd gen.
