Ome dakar hd leafs

    I've got a chance to get some dakar hd leafs for 200 bucks this week.

    My questions are

    can i remove some leafs to reduce the amount of lift it gives?

    And can I lift the back of the truck without lifting the front yet, or should I just hold on to these and wait to put them in.

    I don't usually lift trucks, I lower them so I'm not sure if the same rules apply as far as pinion angles and shit like that.
