Need some help guys and gals.

I have a pair of retrofit projector headlights that were built with TRS products. They are on my 2011 Taco and I have had them for roughly 4 years now, recently they have been acting up on me. So when I turn on my low beams inside the truck they dont always come on, but if I switch to high beams the high beams will come on and then when I turn the High off it will go to low like normal and shut off. Now if I run my highs on for a while sometimes I can get my lows to come on and stay on.

I tried new ballast and new ignitors already and none worked. I did spray all the connectors with electrical connector cleaner and it seemed to help a little but they are back to not wanting to work all the time.

What else could it be? Wiring Harness? Bulb? Something else?

Has anyone had this problem before?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Aftermarket relay harness? Could be the relays or a bad ground connection somewhere. After 4 years new bulbs couldn't hurt.

No same brand as lights and ballast.. Wont the bulbs go completely out though if they were bad?

Not always, It will also flicker, randomly turn on and off as well as not work. That's what makes diagnosing HID issues kinda difficult. Try flip flopping the ballast/ignitors from side to side, then try flip flopping the bulbs. If you have spare bulbs try them. You can also check your original headlight plug for voltage and compare it on both sides to see if there is an issue with that. Before I buy anything I remove all the HID components and bench test everything with a spare battery in the garage and test it without the vehicles harness.
