I recently bought a 2020 Pro and am considering(85%) powder coating the wheels bronze. My one hang-up is getting the center cap to match. I want to go with an option thats durable and am not sure if wrapped or painted would be the best route. I usually clean my wheels with Sonax and would like something that can handle some abuse cuz' I like to keep my wheels clean. Anyone attempted painting or wrapping plastic center caps?

You could sell the wheels and get a new set to save yourself the headache

That was my original plan. But, reading that the pro wheels are around 20lbs a piece, I doubt I will be able to find a comparable set.

Paint the center cap. It’s too detailed to get a decent wrap, plus you’ll never get the exact same finish. Any decent painter (And may powder coating shops) will perfectly match the center caps to the power coated wheels, but it’s going to cost you $$$.
