Toyota Financial Account Locked Out for Months

use the bill pay feature through your bank. that way you can bypass the toyota financial site altogether.

 

i financed a 2016 scion through toyota and i made every single payment through the bill pay feature through my bank (NFCU)

 

That is exactly what I'm doing. I just sent half a payment with the credit union bill payer service every two weeks. My 1st payment was due last Saturday but as of yesterday next months is already paid for.

 

Go to BBB they will fix that in 5 min.

I don't, but I don't think it will help now as I'm locked out of the account.

 

I guess I could use that option from my bank to fix that part. I would still like to be able to log in to see the loan status, but that would help the immediate issue of payment. I have a 3 hour drive today, so I think I'll call to vent my frustrations.

 

I only financed through Toyota for convenience at the dealer. They sucked so bad I refinanced through my credit union. Pretty easy and way better service, even though I haven't needed any.

 

Just bought a Rav4 few months ago and added it thru that app so i can see both my Taco n Rav4 financed from toyota.
