Today was simply beautiful.
Low 70s and scattered clouds.

Got off work early and went to the little municipal park on the other side of the mountain.
It's about a 15 minute hike from my house.

Beyond the baseball diamond is Michaux State Forest...a small part of it.
Snowy Mountain in the far distance.
It's hard to see, but a few trees are turning color already.

I do. We actually need to have a sign that says "listen for buzzer" because we'll hold it and they look through the window like we aren't trying to open the door

 

I’m noticing some yellowing up in the elevations here. It won’t be long.
