2017 Tacoma sr5

Hey everyone just wanted some quick advice I bought a back rack and brackets for it with my truck comes with a low profile backflip Tonneau cover. With this L-shaped bracket I can’t seem to get it into the box because there is a metal cleats that the tonneau cover screws into. Does anyone have any pictures of what they did with their Tacoma on a low profile tonneau cover
