    I have the 2nd Gen front rail in my 3rd Gen, which you will need to mount these:

    The gussets are very, very nicely made, and come with quality hardware. I wanted something mounted higher up that I could reach in and attach to through my canopy/cap/shell windoors. The factory tie-downs sometimes end up behind some cargo and are not nearly as robust looking as these.
