I've searched and found numerous mods, but i don't see a one stop thread to upgrade the front and get rid of these stupid drums that size up every time i launch my boat or ford...
(Yes, my drums are cleaned and greased. They still get full of crud)

Anyone have knowledge of a one time order kit that will give me all around discs with more braking power?

Maybe we could make a sticky of all the braking system mods??

The go to brake thread, though doesn't cover much for rear brakes:

SOS Performance sells rear disc brake kits, however you will also need to replace your master cylinder as the rear disc calipers have higher fluid demands than the drums. They offer a master cylinder upgrade too from a Sequoia.
