I think I had a dream last night based on a scene in Winnie the Pooh where he sings about swimming in the honey. Only it wasn’t honey.

Sounds like you had ketchup before bed. That'll give anyone nightmares.

Any recommendations on stuff I can look for myself and/or advise on regarding visual inspection of a used diesel?

Smell.... Like strong freshener trying to “cover up” something.
    Look under the dash.
look for a rust or discoloring line.
If you can pull the Carpet back a little again look for rust, mold.
Look for wire connectors that may have signs of the green fuzz or
    Corrosion.

    Morning folks

Having to attend a good friends internment today at the National Cemetery, we will launch the TBM to do a flyover after TAPS and 21 Gun salute.. TAPS always get's me... Joe was a part of the greatest generation, WWII, Korea, VN.. He was shot down twice over Germany, POW both times, the first time he escaped thru the French Underground like we see on movies.. The second time they kept him till the end of the war... From Navigator on a B-24 to a B-52, a real man, all man!! RIP Little Joe!! Blue skies my friend..

Y'all have a safe day, don't forget to thank a Vet, if you haven't done it, search out that 90+ Group, we are losing them 2-4 a day right now, listen to their stories and thank them for their lives, it is what the Greatest Generations fought for us all those years ago!

    Sorry guys.
Yea I took the bait and ran with it willingly..

    Morning all.

So now my arm is sore and black and blue.
Pulling my bow is going to be an issue this weekend.
    Well maybe not.
    Might not see shit anyway..
The super duper pooper scooper is coming tomorrow.
    Aka corporate boss.
Was asked to make my bay “military “
    That’s not gonna happen.
But he did say he was going to pay us to clean.
So I’m going in early to start that then stay after normal hours to finish.
Have to respect him for saying he will pay us to be there and do that so
I have no problem with it.
Told him not to engage me with the bean counter.
    We are understaffed.
To much on people’s plate that are not necessary.
    Tools in need of repair.
    Etc
    Etc.
    But need to cut costs..

    so...
    Yeup..

Broken concrete irrigation ditch. The result of some dumbass blowing through a "T" intersection on a dirt road. I'm sure the truck didn't fare well.
