My ac is leaking.

    This pipe right here. Anyone know the part number so I can order one? The mechanic says he can fix it but I don’t know if I should trust that.

    So your AC isn’t working then. The fan still works and will blow air but you have lost all your refrigerant which means the system can’t cool the air.

    in my opinion, I would get that portion of the refrigerant line replaced. Refrigerant systems work at very high and low pressures and I would worry whatever patch is done will not hold up to these pressures.

    Also get the o-rings. Very important not to use the same ones .

    Just go to Toyota and tell them you need the orings also they will know what ones and I do believe they come with the new hose but not sure.

    I shipped my truck to the Middle East and I don’t trust anyone here lol. So I have to order this stuff myself and ship it here.

    Your definitely going the right route replacement my the whole line. Remember when the refrigerant is filled that it's needs high and low pressure, it's not a system you can recharge without knowing what you are doing. I kinda wish everything was r-22, now that's easy.
