    this might surprise some people but the dealership doesnt care about your vehicle.... they have a lot full of vehicles they would rather sell you when you get pissed at your current model

    I check out the whole truck every 6 months at oil change. Will help you catch stuff like this early, as something that is different will stand out. Don't trust other people with your belongings.

    People are not against you, they are only for themselves.

    They save time on the dealership visit skipping proper inspection and if something goes wrong, they can sell you something in the future. It's a double win for the dealership.

    Trust no one.

    Also sorry this is happening.

    well said! I used to look at it as “they’re out to get me!” When in reality, people are just about themselves when it comes to service departments, and rightfully so - it’s a business.

    Once you see it like that and realize only YOU have complete control, it’s much better of a world. Want it done right? Do it yourself or make sure it’s someone trustworthy.
