I’m putting oem king shocks on my Tacoma and was trying to decide whether to go back down to 31s or keep the 33s on it. Pros and cons to this?

How much do you plan on lifting the truck? Too much lift and 31s would just look silly. I think 33s would look a lot better. However, obviously your mpg is gonna take a hit. I'm on 34s and love the look personally.

They are oem size just Kings, I’m on 33s now with a spacer on top of my stock shocks and it sits perfect I just don’t wanna run pucks on top of good shocks

I don’t think the 35” Kings are OEM.

29's all the way!!!!! but really 33's are a great size. you can go C rated if you do light wheeling. No need to go E rated unless you go ham on the truck. I run e rated but honestly C rated does the trick 80 if not 90% you can run 285's in C rated and get 17 mpg. Just depends how your going to use it. But since your going Kings I would assume you want to put some work into it.(hopefully). 33's are a great size for the tacoma. I run 315's now which are supposed to be 35 or 34.5 but really when mounted are 33 and change.

I have been debating going back to a 285 but in 75/17 instead of 70/17. this is a skinny 34 essentially. Just know past the 33 you will need more "trimming" but going back you will gave more gas saving and less work but 33" honestly is a great tire size.
