Definitely. Baja has some of the lowest intensity fogs with more light spill above the cut off than any other fog. Diode Dynamics has the highest intensity fogs on the market. See the Diode Dynamics SS3 post with lux comparisons to Baja at the end.

Damn, I was just loading up some parts to get openings cut for BD S2’s! Now I can wait :) @Diode Dynamics any chance these will have a flush mount option? Also, any chance you’d be willing to share the size of the hole that would be needed for that option? PM is fine if you don’t want to make it public. Thanks!

Super intrigued! Have been toying with the idea of some ditch lights and these could be perfect!

On that note, is it possible to buy just the bezel for the squadrons? I only have the fog position specific bezel.

Yeah, but you'll have to buy them from BD directly. I would anticipate that they'll charge you somewhere around $15 each, but that's just a guess.

We will be releasing these with a flush mount option! Keep an eye out on our social media for further details coming soon. We'll also have exact dimension drawings for custom applications.

You won't have to wait too long... And I'll have some of these on hand when the release day hits . I'll have the perfect flush mount backup option. :D

Awesome! I’m already sold on them given their track record. I am going to mount a few in the UpTop roof rack I just picked up yesterday, but have to have it cut and the powder coating touched up before I install the rack. I guess I’ve waited this long, a month or two more won’t kill me.

hello, has anyone heard of Rigid Industries 37101 360 series, it is amber fog light for toyota tacoma.

anyone know if it is better than ss3 pro diode dynamics?

maybe it's a job for crushnburn80 and can have a little fun

360s are linked at the very beginning of the original post in the thread. No fogs presently outperform Diode Dynamics SS3 Pros in peak intensity.

Excuse my ignorance here - genuine question. What do you all mean by mounting the light further back or farther forward within the bracket? The way the lights are mounted in the bracket with the spacers and side screws, isn't there only one position they can be mounted within the bracket, which is where the holes are? Are you all loosening the side screws, placing your fingers on the top and bottom of the light, applying even pressure and physically pushing it back as far as it will go? I'm running into an issue where I'm trying to adjust mine down, and I believe the light is being stopped by the bracket. It seems to adjust a lot farther up than it does down.

Any insight here would be great! Thanks TW!

    Yes.

Loosen the side screws to allow for the light to have play in the bracket. There is an oblong slot in the bracket that the light can be manipulated in. Loosen the bolts, aim the light, and tighten the bolts while holding the light in the desired position. I just installed a set last week, and was able to manipulate them quite a ways up and down. You may have to do some movement forward and back as well.

Ah...got it. I was not aware the entire light could be pushed forward or backwards within the bracket. I thought there was one "depth", per se, within the bracket, and then it was just adjustable via tilt.
