    I’m looking at leveling kits, on both Offroad sites and friggin Amazon(everyone wants to save a penny or 6k), and cannot seem to find the one that really tickles my pickle. If anyone has any mileage, on/off road with one in particular with rave reviews, please let me know. Thanks tonka taco homies!

    As a simple rule of thumb and if you realistically can evaluate your needs without ego, bravado or caring what others think about if you look like a broke ass or a baller then follow this;
    If you are on road only or limited offroad like firetrails and unpaved roads then get a leveling kit. Spacer for the front and lift block or add-a-leaf rear. cheapest solution and it maintains stock ride
    If you do on road and mild offroad on a somewhat consistent basis then consider Bilstein 5100s on the front and AAL rear or blocks and upgraded shocks. Gives a firmer more controlled ride on road and a little better performance offroad. consider upgrading UCAs also
    If you do a decent amount of offroad with more challenging trails then consider coilover offerings by King, Fox and other more high end companies along with UCAs for sure and for the rear a new leaf pack or possibly shackle conversion or even a chevy 63 conversion

    Done a shit ton of research, but reviews online only go so far with me, so having redundant positive vibes with one I’ve been eyeing will make me lean more to one.
    Whatstcp, if I had the resources and time to fab, clean up and do what I’d like, I would. Good call though.

    I don’t have the cash flow for the Icon long travel kit I will eventually upgrade to. I agree with you fully though. I do occasional moderate trails out here in VA. Looking to raise 3” F, 2” R, with 33’s...for now.

    If you do moderate trails I wouldn't consider a leveling kit then. Bilstein 5100s as a minimum plus UCAs

    Mind has been changed almost immediately with 2 negatives for Icon. Also, my buddy got a coil over icon for his Jeep 2 years ago...sank out in 2 weeks. Mind blowing.

    Of lift upper control arms are ok with a good alignment tech IMO. Good luck OP :thumbsup:
