I have the maps and dome in my truck, wife hates them due to brightness but it's my truck and I get use out of them almost every day. My newborn is displeased with them though and makes me sad.

 

Mine says the same so I swap my white to red when I know we will be going out. Sometimes though, if we are out camping or something similar I keep the white. Who knows when her purse or bag dumps out 40 things and need the light to find it all , or my bag drops crap too
Would red be better?
