I was working on shift (off Sunday and Mondays), and working 80+ hours a week at times. Now that I have my Saturday and Sunday I've been going fishing Saturday mornings. This is one of the smaller ones I caught today.

Wanted to take the kayak for a quick spin this weekend. But no, the better half requested that I whip up a brisket right quick.

I guess I'm stuck babysitting my stick-burner, with only Shiner's 12 soldiers to keep me company. Oh woe is me.

    :yay:

This weekend? Doing very little, by choice!

The wife's Uncle and Aunt are in town - we all just got back from a nice early dinner at a seafood restaurant on the water.

Currently watching football, not sure what I'm going to do this evening. Luckily I live in Hawaii so college football finishes up with lots of time left in the day. Maybe I'll get lucky and my wife will let me get out of the house. If not I'll put some of the mods that are coming in the mail today on her 4Runner, who knows.
