Hi clearance rear bumper modification

    Is there any good reason I shouldnt extend the mounting holes a 1/2” or so to get my bumper to fit better with my 1” body lift?

    picture needs to be rotated but you get the idea

    If possible, I'd drill new holes, and not try to elongate them. That's how most bumpers that accommodate a body lift do it. Two separate sets of holes.

    Yes, I would concur, I have a RCI High Clearance and it has an extra set of holes drilled to accommodate a body lift. Sorry about the quality of the photo, but you can see it in the picture..
