This is starting to bother me. Whats the easiest, most reliable way of addressing this?

Please dont suggest 5100s or anything too pricey.

5100s are like the cheapest good option, my guy. Or find shocks and leaf packs from someone upgrading to better stuff and refresh your OEM setup.

A patch thatll get you by would be a 1/4" spacer on the front driver side.

Liposuction isn't cheap or easy guys, c'mon with these solutions.

Upgrading the whole suspension for a lean doesnt seem worth it.

Idk why but it just rubs me the wrong way, need to stop looking I guess. Do 4Runners have this issue too?

I couldn't even tell, to be honest. Especially since the rear of most cars, such as the one pictured, is higher.

    This.

Don't use other objects as reference, as you don't know if you're squared up with the perspective, and you especially don't know if they're level.

If you really must know, a carpenters level against front bedrail will tell you. But also this is one of those situations where the phrase "ignorance is bliss" definitely applies.

Every vehicle I've ever owned has done it to a degree. Ford, GMC, etc. You just only seem to notice it on your own vehicle. Not entirely sure why it is called the "taco lean."

the simplest solution to mitigate this. Whenever you put something in the back of your truck, put it on the right side to counteract the weight of the gas tank on the left. On my Gen II, I've done this since day one and I have virtually no lean.

So you are very careful to make sure the tank is always full of 120# of fuel and factor in the proximity of the right side of the tank being close to center and the tank itself being supported more so by the rear axle. Mine is sitting in my garage with about 19 gallons of fuel (something close to 114 lbs of fuel) in 18 miles it's going to be about 6# lighter. The frame measured at both front cab mounts is spot on 13" +/- maybe 1/32 or about 3/100" my eyes are not that good. I would suggest measuring body parts on a flat floor and see what you get side to side. There is a discrepancy but it is not that much considering how long the truck is. Left side rear fender at the wheel arch is 1/2" lower than the right the center of the left head light is a 1/2 higher than the right go figure. You got to have a pretty good lean to visually see it time to get out your lazar. Worry less drive more.

Every vehicle has this issue. No vehicle is never completely perfectly level.
Why? Tire air pressure, worn components, uneven ground, full fuel tank, big ol fat wife, etc.
Yes 4Runners too. Ford trucks too. My wife's CRV. My Tundra.
Unless you buy a vehicle with a computer controlled suspension they will always be unlevel depending on the factors listed above. Now if it were obvious, like a two inch difference, then it's no big deal.
