I will tell you with absolute certainty that the buyer will end up with at least one broken tab due to shipping with them packed the way you show in your pics.
Sorry to break it to you, but it is 100% going to happen, and then your buyer will blame you and want his money back.
Just trying to save you the hassle of having to refund some money.

I just bout a set and the seller did a WAY better job packing the ones I got, than your pack job with just paper stuffed in the boxes, and I still ended up with a broken tab.

The thinner of the two tabs on each headlight, snap off if you look at them wrong, so at the very least, you need to account for that with double wall boxing, and making a brace out of cardboard to protect those thinner tabs....

Just trying to help ya out here man... Good luck.

Man, that packing is scary. For hand carry , yes.
No way it'll survive toss and throws by those doorknobs at post office.
You need to use packing foams. It comes in 1-3 in. thick sheets.
*AND* in bold letters...write "GLASS" .

Thanks for the thoughts and consideration guys, really!

To be honest what their packed in is OEM packaging. I literally bought a new set of 2020 headlights, they were shipped to me exactly the same way you see here, all I did was reverse the packaging and placed my 2017 lamps into the boxes Toyota provided along with the same packaging materials.

My lamps that came in these boxes were 100% fine.
