@E-Taco any update on your front differential?

 

@jpereira2 The shop mention like the seal was a little bit realigned in the ecgs they did. They set me up an appt to fix the seal and they'll take care of it.
Btw,there's enough oil on the diff. They say the level of the oil drop a little from the last time.

Jason, what do you think here?
I did a small test area of black ww on the driveshaft but it appears to have just whipped right off onto the exhaust
The shaft is still oily to touch but not black coated like after I sprayed it

 

the oiliness will definitely still provide some protection. Most of the driveshafts I have seen don't seem rusty. This is probably due to the rotation of the driveshaft, whatever sticks to it gets flung off anyhow. I wish there was a product I could spray onto my exhaust so it didn't rot out lol

 

Yep I had to get new pipes and muffler finally last year
Aircraft grade stainless with million mile warranty against corrosion!
But it does seem to want to oxidize or whatever in the hard to get at areas by the spare

 

all of my exhaust flanges are just crumbling lol
