I am thinking of a K&N CAI for my 2020 taco for all of the different minor bonuses. I know most K&N filter replacements don't void warranty but a full cold air intake replacement I don't know. other threads I found never actually answered the question. I know it probably does but if anyone has concrete info I'd be grateful.

Also if anyone has one did you notice anything substantial? (difference from stock/bonuses I mean)

    Thanks!

I’ve run K&Ns on a number of other vehicles and motorcycles, but with the Tacoma already having a CAÍ stock, and a large air box, I don’t find it necessary. Shouldn’t void your warranty, but won’t give you any performance increase. It will however, sound cool at full throttle. Kinda pricey for some extra noise under the hood.

Yea if I was looking for the noise I'd look at exhaust systems. I was thinking there would be better airflow/Power (not significant but at least slight). If a drop in basically does the same ill just do that.
