That last picture. Just wow. I just can't imagine.

However, it reminds me of the scene in "Gone With the Wind" where Rhett and Scarlett are fleeing Atlanta, and all you see is Atlanta on fire.

I can't speak about the flying part, but I used to be a supervisor at dispatch office at police dept. And my phone was constantly going off. Email, text, phone calls....you name it.

I finally took a job back in my hometown and now just a 911 dispatcher. And let me tell you: my f*****g stress has gone WAY down a lot more. There are still stessors in my life and live, but that supervisor role can kiss my a$$.

Believe me. When that 911 phone rings, you just never know what the caller is going to say or need. So far (knock on wood), I've only had 2 (maybe 3) "bad calls." :fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed:

Are you running a relay between the battery and the switch?

I've got them install on my Tacoma for about a year now. And love 'em.

    Buyers remorse...

I installed the Subaru tweeters which was a big improvement and have just installed the 6x9 kicker ds in the front and I have to say I’m underwhelmed. I have to crank the volume way more than before (even reached max) and I’m getting less bass.

I have yet to Install the 6.75 ds speakers to the rear because the harness for the rear was on back order... Will installing the rears help balance and add more?

Im not sure if I was expecting too much maybe?

Any one have any words ofwisdom?

Looks super easy. Looks like you just plug the harness in to your tail light and it's pretty much done. Just need a flathead and a 10mm socket.
They have them at oempartsource too.

I used the spares for the other side. (adaptive cruise control distance vs lane departure on/off buttons)

Typically aftermarket speakers offer better mid-high range sound, not really good for more bass. U may wanna look into getting a small 8” sub for a lil more lows

So, a summary of my weekend:

    1. Installed the new @runnin4tacos DRL/grill light harness. Very simple and straightforward install:

    01.jpg

    2. Installed the KTJO door bowl ice blue lights (I posted some earlier to in reply to someone else, but here a few more while it was darker). My ONLY legit complaint about these is the electronic board and the white housing it sits in seem a little flimsy. Overall though, 8 out of 10 for product quality. And install 2 out of 10 for easiness. And just a word of caution: it's not clearly labeled in the products sent, but there are certain electrical parts for the front doors and parts for back doors (if you have a DC).

Have some patients, take your time, but this can easily be done in probably 30 minutes. 02.jpg 03.jpg

    3. Gave her a bath. She needs a good wax job, but I'll try and get that done next time around. 04.jpg 20200926_134129.jpg 05.jpg 06.jpg

Is this really plug and play? Don't need to add a dash switch or anything? It's just always on when the tails are on?

They're activated when you turn on the bed light.

Pretty sure those are only for the 2020. There’s a different LED kit for earlier models I believe that may not be prewired and a lot more to it.
