[IMG] Hi new to the group, I am planning to upgrade my wheel and tire from OEM wheel 275/70r16 ko2 to 4runner trd wheel tire 285/70r17 ridge grappler, I have a ready lift 3", will there be rubbing, or this will work fine? Thank you

    Toytec 2 inch boss lift
People have posted different experiences with this setup. I have a Toytec (dealer told me 3, Toytec webpage says 2) inch Aluma series with a diff drop kit, bushings replacing needle bearings, some wedges, SPC UCA’s and I have no rubbing, no vibrations, no issues what so ever. No chopping either. I have 285/70R17 Nitto Trail Grapplers on SEMA Pro wheels. I am not an expert but from what I understand the adjustable SPC UCA’s are the magic ingredient for the setup.

And before someone says it’s because I only go to Starbucks, please lookup Slaughterhouse Gulch, China Wall, Tin Cup Pass, Eagle Rock trails on YouTube. :)
